Synopsis
An aerobic crew is training for a competition which will help them save a dog rescue centre. However, following an unfortunate event, Sandra, the leader, takes a charming stranger under her wing. She has one night only to coach him.

Rémi Fréchette
Rémi Fréchette developed his art through Kino (a film-making movement) and also at Concordia University, studying Film Production. He became noticed in 2013 with The Yellows, web series he co-wrote and directed, nominee in several genre film festivals. In 2018, he co-produces independently and releases the anthology Montréal Dead End, for which he directed a segment alongside seventeen other directors.
