Synopsis
During the summer World Cup, 11-year old Boyko will do anything to obtain 'Brazuca', the Official World Cup ball, in order to prevent his friends from using him only as a goalkeeper.

Faidon Gkretsikos is an independent filmmaker based in Athens, Greece. He studied at the Panteion University of Social & Political Science (Athens) and at the European Film College (Aarhus, Denmark). His amateur documentary Eric premiered at the 18th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. Brazuca is his first professional fiction short film.
